Decentralization and Managerial Performance: A Mediated Budget Participation on the Village Government in West Halmahera Regency

چکیده
The research aimed to examine the budgetary participation variable as a mediator on relationship between decentralization and managerial performance. sample was determined using purposive sampling method with consideration of being involved in budgeting. They were village heads 159 villages West Halmahera Regency. data collected by survey questionnaire. used analytical tools are simple regression hierarchical statistical analysis IBM SPSS statistics version 24. results showed that fully mediates conclusion provides three main contributions well their implications, namely providing new findings related budget mediating variable, terms age at work, level education.
